Notable tenants over the years included Coca-Cola and BI-LO. When BI-LO elected to consolidate their operations elsewhere in the summer of 2017, the owner chose Broadstreet to market the property for sale or for lease. Interest in the property was brisk by tenants, investors, and users alike. Broadstreet provided the owner with a detailed cost-benefit analysis of each option. Ultimately, an expanding user-buyer was chosen as a result.
Broadstreet Partners has sold its student housing property called the Farm at Clemson, SC to Palm Beach based Calidus Holdings for $7,950,000. The 105 bed property, which Broadstreet developed and completed in July 2016 is in a prime location and is fully leased for the upcoming student year.
